The laundry room was convenient, but the couch in the apartment was a bit dirty.

Convenient supermarket access made late nights easy. The apartment's layout allowed for open space, adding a unique charm to the experience.
Beds felt too hard, leading to a restless sleep. The lack of towel hooks in the bathroom posed a hassle, and the shower drainage layout created a slipping hazard. Early sleepers struggled with others still awake in the open plan design, making bedtime a chore. Additionally, while the hotel is near transport, the scenic route from the station includes some confusing alleys.

The location is unbeatable—a quick walk to Kyoto station! 😊 The room was cozy with nice amenities, but the beds were pretty firm for my taste. Overall a great stay!

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the station, and boasts exceptionally friendly staff who are always happy to assist with any inquiries.
The apartment felt a bit cramped for a family of four, particularly with the sofa bed pulled out, impacting overall comfort during our stay.

The spacious apartment offered plenty of natural light and a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. With a short walk to local eateries and a shopping mall, dining out was effortless. A highlight was the convenience of the nearby fresh market. enjoying delicious fruits from there was truly satisfying. However, the walk from the station involved navigating through somewhat confusing alleys, which could be disorienting initially. Additionally, the hotel’s location next to a train line created occasional noise that might disturb light sleepers.

Great stay with convenient amenities
I really appreciated the proximity to Kyoto Station, just a brief 10-minute walk, and the nearby Aeon mall made picking up snacks and drinks hassle-free. My room had a kitchenette and a lovely balcony, which added a nice touch to my experience. Having access to both a washing machine and dryer was incredibly helpful during my stay. I did find the layout a bit cramped, especially with two beds in the room. a single bed would have worked better for my solo trip.
